Dear All,

We had various cases of containers left idling and not claimed by the receivers at destination ports.

The containers were shipped under our Collyer container line house bill of lading.

The carrier's master bill of lading was issued with collyer as shipper.

Since this places collyer in full responsibility for all costs towards the carrier, we need your assistance to immediately inform us of such cases where containers + cargo are not claimed - latest after 21 days of vessel arrival.

This will then allow us to inform the shipper and advise him of his responsibility as per the hbl's conditions.

Please assist us in this respect and send alert messages to cust.service@collyerlogistics.com enclosing the HBL for info.
